Account details for shop users (names, usernames); the job data a shop enters (homeowner names, addresses, phone numbers, claim details, photos, documents, notes); and email delivered to the shop's RestorationBoard intake address, which the service files into the matching job.
Only to run the service for that shop: showing the job file, filing notifications, sending alerts the shop asked for, and billing the subscription. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one shop's data for another shop.
Hosting: DigitalOcean. Email transport: Mailgun. Payments: Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers). These processors handle data only on our instructions.
Passwords are stored hashed, each shop's records are separated in the database, and the database and files are backed up daily. Data is kept while the subscription is active; after cancellation an export is available for 30 days, then the shop's data is deleted.
A shop owner can ask us to correct or delete their shop's data at any time. Homeowners whose details appear in a shop's job files should contact that shop first; we will help the shop honor the request. Questions: support@restorationboard.com.
