RestorationBoard is job-management software for restoration contractors: job files, photos, documents, scheduling, forms, and carrier-notification tracking, provided as a hosted subscription service.
You are responsible for your shop's accounts and for keeping sign-ins secure. Each shop's data is kept separate from every other shop's data.
Your shop owns the job data it puts into RestorationBoard. We process it only to run the service for you. You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, a final export stays available for 30 days after cancellation, and then the shop's data is deleted.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe in advance. A free trial needs no card. If a payment fails, the shop stays viewable in read-only mode until billing is sorted out; we will not delete data over a failed payment without notice.
Do not use the service for unlawful work, do not try to reach another shop's data, and do not disrupt the service for others.
We work to keep the service up and backed up daily, but it is provided as-is without a warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. RestorationBoard is a record-keeping tool; compliance with carrier and program deadlines remains your shop's responsibility.
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical.
